Although most of you are members of Generation Z, as a group that makes you even MORE dependent on technology than Millennials, and that isn't necessarily a good thing. Wow, this video was really amazing. Simon Sinek spoke a lot of truth in this video about millennials. This video has opened my eyes to better understand why we are the way we are. It all makes sense to me now. Simon talked about the four main issues that millennials have been subject to they are: 1). Failed parenting strategies-- Parent's lied to there children telling them all there lives that they are special and they can do or have what ever they want. When they got out there in the work world that isn't the case.
